While I have been coaching and mentoring women for over 15 years through various churches and other organizations, this consultancy was launched in 2019. Throughout the years, I have engaged with people through one-on-one sessions and small groups, workshops, and retreats, where I bring my brand of enlightenment, encouragement, and accountability. The tools I use range from treasure hunting (i.e., finding the good in the struggles of life), verbal reformation that focuses on the forward movement rather than wallowing, and vision casting, through the creation of personal vision, mission, and core values statements.

I believe I can offer the coaching some students need when addressing life's circumstances because I have lived through rough times, all while still pursuing my goals. Wellness within humanity is moving along the journey together in support of one another and celebration with the varied destinations are reached. Come take this walk with me!
