At the heart of the BFA Institute's methodology is a commitment to identifying and dismantling the often subtle but pervasive manifestations of white supremacy culture in professional environments. Through their individual professional coaching and leadership cultivation programs, we guide professionals from all sectors in recognizing and challenging systemic racism and oppressive practices. This work is fundamental to fostering truly inclusive and equitable workplaces where all individuals can thrive!

Our founder, Keiona Gorham, has a long professional history of serving women and nonprofits in various capacities. Keiona is a passionate and structured leader who makes a positive impact on the individuals, groups, and organizations she serves. She received her graduate degree from Grace College, majoring in Nonprofit Management and her undergrad degree from Nyack College, majoring in Psychology; and uses her personal experience, professional training, and education to create avenues for lasting change in spheres of influence.
